Awaji trip

For 27 and 28, my family, aunt's family, and cousin's family went to Awaji and Kobe trip.

It was little cold, but it was SO MUCH FUN to travel with everyone.

Ren loved playing with his 3rd cousins.

It was so nice that my brother could join us.

We went to Awaji island first .

Here is the picture of Ren, Miku, and Rui having fun at farm park.

All atractions were not so expensive.

Here is my cousin and her daughter, Rui with a hourse.

They had fun bikes.

Here is the one called family bike which could fit 6 people in 1 bike.

It was fun 20 min.

By the way, Becuase Ren is under 3, he can ride anything for free (^^)v

We fed sheep.

Ren learned my dad's name as "JiJi".

I saw real coala for the first time.

They are SO S....L....O....W.............

But they were so cute for sure

It's nice to have a brother, lol.

Ren was getting sleepy on my brother's shoulder.

This flower was growing downwards.

It was pretty, but little stinky.....

I didn't have any picture of the hotel we stayed (my mom did), but we stayed renewed hotel. Dinner was all you can eat, and it was so good!

Onsen (public bath) was good, especially the view from outside bath (called Roten).

I went 3 times at one night with my aunt and mom.

Ok, here is the story of how we got to Awaji.

Because my brother wanted his motorcycle, my dad and sister decided to ride his bike to his apartment. We left 7 am, but it was so cold my dad couldn't speed over 80km. We left 30 min later than we wanted, and because of the weather, it took forever to get to the rest area where my sister swiched with my dad.

We were meeting with my aunt's and cousin's family at one rest area, but my sister forgot to stop, and she passed, so we needed to chase after her. Fortunately, we caught up my sister, but then unexpected event started happening.

1, my brother's bike run out gas

but we got to restart and went to find a gas station. My cousin's car was waiting at next rest area, and we went to grab my brother at his apartment, but

2, We couldn't find his apartment forever even thourgh we had navi system.

3, It took forever to leave his apartment, because of ....we don't know (--;)

After that, we got to the farm park and the hotel ok.

The next day, we decided to go to Onokoro park for kids to have fun.

It was fun for kids, of course, but I had fun too!

Same as yesterday, Ren could ride anything for free, but some of the ride needed someone to ride with him, so I did some, my sister did some.

I felt so good that Ren was having fun (^^)

I like this picture....it reminds about 15 years ago we used to travel with everyone.

I hope we will be traveling with everyone as much as we can. (even though my brother was pretty much following after everyone)

As you can imagine, I didn't need to carry Ren pretty much whole time, lol.

This park had miniature of world's famous spots.

They were 1/25 of real size.

By the way, this is a temple in Thailand

Ren loved this !

All rides were for little kids, but it was fun riding with them and seeing them enjoying.

And I am so glad that my mom is having good time with Ren, and Ren is having good time with Ohbo.

After this park, we went to another outlet stores in Kobe.

My dad was watching Ren whole time, so I could shop good!

We went to my brother's apartment to drop him off.

We got home around 3 am.

March is the birthday month for my family.

26 was my mom's and 31 was my grandma's.

For my mom's b-day, we went to Ann

The reason this picture is not focused, is because Ren touched the lens with greesy finger.

The surprise cake ended up with not surprise, but it was good.

For my grandma's birthday, we had little party at home.

I decorated the cake.

Ren isn't smiling, but finaly I took a picture of my grandma and Ren!!

Sunday, we wnet to Fukuyama to see relatives, and stayed at aunt's house.

Monday morning, Miku, Rui, and Ren was playing with sand, so my mom decided to let Ren play with sand.

I went to see my kinder teacher today. She always welcome my family. She is a great teacher, and I owe her forever. If she was not my teacher, my life was a lot different.

and we went to shopping.

On the way to the store, we found one bbq restaurant ( called Gyuukaku) was doing buffet, so we deicded to celebrate my sister's first day at work. We ate SO MUCH. We spent about $70 at Ann, and about $120 today.

Umm.... thank you my dad.

Different sotry, but...

Yen is so expensive right now. It 96 yen for $1 today. As usual some people say it's good, some people say it's bad.

From today, gas price went down about 25 yen/1L. This is because some law didn't pass, etc etc etc....It's good for us, but bad at the same time. Becuase of this lowering the price, there is a big chance they raise tax for 1~2% which no one will like it. Gas price is about 128 yen/1L. It's cheaper, but that's over $5 /gal, so yeah, it's not cheap...

Well, gas price went down, but everything went up today, I mean EVERYTHING.

I should have bought everything by yesterday.
